Bunch of Cloudholes out there I tell ya.

CIO “I want to save money.”

Vendor “Move all your services to the cloud.”

CIO “How much will I save?”

Vendor “More than you can imagine.”

CIO “I have a good imagination.”

CIO reports to the CEO and the board they can save bajillions of dollars moving to the cloud. Literally,  so much money, they can swim in it.  Stocks will rise because of cost reduction. Operating overhead will be lower, the talent struggles will be limited or lower and there can be a focus on making the business itself from the front office stronger.

Why do so many CIO’s get hoodwinked by Cloudholes?
